Small brands rarely run out of ideas out of laziness. Usually every day starts from zero. Content pillars give you a frame so ideas don’t have to be found again.

Pick pillars from customer questions

Write down the questions customers ask most, then group them. Each group can become a pillar, for example education, product, behind the scenes, and testimonials.

  • Keep it to three or four pillars
  • Set a weekly share for each pillar
  • Keep five backup ideas per pillar
  • Review which pillar gets saved and shared most each month
